Bios

Lara Catone has celebrated her own embodiment since she danced out of the womb.  As a yoga teacher, birth doula and somatic sexologist, she has a passion for empowering women to live their most full and radiant lives. Lara has dedicated the past 10 years to studies in the healing arts and has certifications in Sexological Bodywork and as a birth doula and AcroYoga Teacher. Her greatest teacher of all has been her own personal, unfolding and self-healing journey. In her private practice she brings the elements of pleasure and playfulness to deep transformational work. www.laracatone.com

Nianna Bray is an embodied yogini, storyteller, teacher and world traveler with a dedicated practice and extensive study in the art and discipline of Yoga, and Tantra. As a catalyst for transformation she inspires those around her to listen to their inner guidance and follow their heartsdesire. She empowers others to strengthen their intuition and bring a sensual awareness to the intimacy of mind, body and breath. What to expect

Nianna and Lara are teachers that embody power and grace. Their teachings create a space for allowance and liberation. Together they seamlessly weave their expertise to create ritual space and learning through yoga, ceremony, circle, dance and workshops. Each day will begin with a meditative morning yoga flow. Afternoons will provide workshop space for ecstatic breath practices, women’s sacred sexuality and anatomy, and contemplative exercises as well as excursions to the beach, mountains, waterfalls, volcanoes, hikes, warm pools, fresh water lake, and sacred temple site. In the evenings we will honor the sunset and enjoy rejuvenating practices like dance, yin yoga, Thai massage, and ceremony.
